If you are confronted with dizziness in the very often then you are probably doing something wrong. You may be watching too much TV before going to bed or eating late. And these are not the only things that can trigger this state. Fortunately there are solutions to get rid of dizziness.
Drink a glass of water. After a 7-8 hour sleep, the body is dehydrated, and this is a cause that contributes to dizziness. So drink as you wake up in the morning a glass of water and you are more likely to feel better.
Expose yourself to sunlight! If you’re lucky to catch a sunny autumn morning, then take advantage of it properly. Sunlight reduces the level of melatonin in your body and will help you wake up faster and be more energized. So just pull off the curtains!
Morning dizziness is even more unpleasant on Monday, after you’ve slept more in during the weekend.
Alternate cold water with hot water! When you have the impression that not even a shower can wake you up, maybe you don’t do it right. Instead of using only hot water, try to alternate hot with cold. You’ll notice how easily you invigorate if you do that.
Schedule something nice to do every day. It’s easier to wake up when you know you’re going to do something you like. There may be little things like a coffee with an extreme aroma or a sandwich with freshly baked home bread or cycling.
Follow the same sleeping schedule during weekends. We know that it is tempting to take advantage of Saturday and Sunday to sleep more, but this way you’ll damage the rhythm of your body. And on Monday morning you’ll feel that unpleasant dizziness more than ever.
