This is an incredible remedy for older persons which are struggling with bone pain, especially if the pain is felt in the feet/leg area. It can be attributed to atherosclerosis and muscle inflammation. Also, those who are suffering from leg cramps can use this remedy successfully.
– 15 grams of bay leaves
On the first day put 5 grams in a medium pot with water to boil. Pour the boiling water in a basin and introduce your feet in it to take a feet bath, as soon as the water has cooled to a bearable temperature.
Let them to soak for 20 minutes, and then dry your feet with a cotton towel. Put on a pair of wool socks, and go to sleep.
Don’t throw the boiled bay leaves.
The next day, put another 5 grams of bay leaves over the bay leaves leftovers, and put the pot to boil again for another feet bath.
Repeat the same procedure in the second and third day. You’ll no longer feel pain in your legs, right after the first use, but you have to repeat this treatment for 3 days in a row, not to face with this pain for a period.
