1. Bananas for diarrhea
Bananas are the best and most recommended natural remedy for diarrhea. As soon as you start to get diarrhea symptoms, eat 2-3 bananas to get rid of it.
2. Castor oil for joint pain
You can use castor oil for joints because it does wonders for inflammation. You can heat it a little bit in the microwave and apply it to the affected areas.
