Cinnamon
If you have cinnamon in the kitchen then you are lucky because this spice can stop the nausea feeling. Boil a cup of water then add half a teaspoon of grounded cinnamon ground to it. Leave it to infuse for a few minutes then strain the liquid. Add some honey to give it a sweet taste, then take small sips from this drink during the entire day.

Ginger

Rice water
If you have gastritis or any other illness that makes you vomiting very often, drink rice water. Boil a cup of white rice in 250 ml of water. Strain the liquid and drink it. You’ll feel it better in no time.
