How to cure sprains, contusions and bruises with this homemade ointment

There is an old remedy that soothes sprains, contusions or bruises. Discover this amazing homemade ointment based on cayenne pepper.

Melt some Vaseline over a water bath in a small saucepan. Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the chili powder over the melted Vaseline. Mix well. When cool, decant the mixture in a sealed jar.

Apply this ointment once a day on the fracture and gently massage the area. Leave on for 2 hours and wipe with a soft towel.

You need:

– Cayenne pepper powder
– 5 tablespoons of Vaseline
– 1 glass jar

This ointment should be used with caution, because of the Cayenne pepper content. Don’t touch your eyes after using it.
