Amazing skin transformation after using apple vinegar toner

Few people know that apple cider vinegar is beneficial for the skin. It contains ingredients that support skin’s health and which, unlike other similar trade products, they are much cheaper!

Given this, maybe you should try replace your cleansing gels with apple vinegar. In addition to trade products, apple cider vinegar prevents pigmented spots caused by aging and treats acne.

Dead skin cells are removed by hydroxyl acid alpha contained by apple cider vinegar. These acids are found in expensive trade products, but apple cider vinegar is a cheap source and rich of such ingredients.

To alleviate pigmentation spots, apply a cotton ball soaked in apple cider vinegar diluted with water, and let it act for 20-30 minutes. This treatment is beneficial for acne too. Acidic ingredients that result during vinegar fermentation have anti-fungal and antibacterial properties and are helpful in preventing acne and various skin infections.

Apple cider vinegar cleanses the pores and prevents blackheads and pimples formation. By balancing the skin pH, apple cider vinegar never leads to dry or greasy skin.

Be careful, however, and do not exaggerate! Used in excess, apple cider vinegar can irritate the skin. Therefore it is recommended to dilute it before applying on the skin.

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
• 3 tablespoons of water

Direction:

Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 3 tablespoons of water in a small container. First rinse your face with water then apply the vinegar solution on wet skin with a cotton swab. Try to use organic apple cider vinegar to make sure that vinegar has all the minerals, enzymes and beneficial microorganisms for your skin. Using other types of vinegar will not guarantee the same results.
